Return Policy
All returns and exchanges are accepted only for order made through online purchases at:

ALL PRODUCTS RETURNED MUST:
Be 100 percent complete, contain ALL original boxes and packing materials, contain all manuals, accessories and documentation provided by the manufacturer. Customer is responsible for shipping charges on returned items. Iraq Deck Cards strongly recommends you fully insure your return shipment in case it is lost or damaged and you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection.
All returns and exchanges must be received within 15 days starting from the day the customer received merchandise. No exceptions! Iraq Deck Cards will only reimburse customers with credit cards.
Items will only be accepted if they are returned with all of the original packaging materials and documentation.
Refunds:
If the customer has any dissatisfaction with our products they have the option to receive a refund (15% of the principle amount will charged as a handling and restocking fee).
Procedure: Ship merchandise back to Iraq Deck Cards along with a copy of the invoice and a statement indicating the customer's request for a refund. Upon receiving the returned merchandise, Global-Function will reimburse the customer's credit card at the adjusted amount.
Credit back for price difference on reduced items must be requested within 30-days of purchase.
Exchanges:
Iraq Deck Cards will exchange merchandise upon the customer's request.
Procedure: Ship merchandise back to us along with a copy of the invoice and the item number(s) in which the customer would like an exchange. Upon arrival, Iraq Deck Cards will immediately ship out the new item. If the value of the new item is above or below the value of the original item, adjustments will be made accordingly to the customer's credit card.
Defective products:
Iraq Deck Cards will exchange all defective merchandise by one to one replacement.
Procedure: Ship merchandise back to Iraq Deck Cards along with a copy of the invoice and a brief statement indicating the defective nature of the merchandise. Upon arrival, Iraq Deck Cards will verify the defect. If defective, Iraq Deck Cards will exchange the item free of charge. Global-Function will pay all shipping and any other charges.

Shipping Policy:
Usually, If you make your orders after 12pm pacific time, we will ship out your item the next day before 3:00PM PST.
It would very depending on the location.
Once you receive your tracking number, you can check on your shipping status.
If you want to receive the merchandise faster, you will need to pay for the additional shipping charges.
If you want to check on your information after making a purchase, just sign in(log in).
Once you log in, you can view your order status, tracking information.
Tracking information is available 24 hours after shipping.
There's no shipping on Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays.
Please note: all Canadian and International shipments are subject to brokerage fees and taxes.
